Getting Started Accessing Services

Plumas County Behavioral Health now offers Open Access Clinics in our four major communities!

WHERE?

Quincy Annex- 270 County Hospital Rd, Quincy. MONDAY & WEDNESDAYS
Chester Wellness Center- 372 Main St.  FRIDAYS
Greenville Wellness Center- 414 Main St. TUESDAYS
Portola Wellness Center-
 2880 E. Sierra St. TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS

WHEN?

Access appointments are first come, first serve
Registration begins at 8:00 AM Intakes start at 8:30 AM
Must be signed in by 11:00 AM
Expect your initial visit to take 1-2 Hours

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Please bring photo ID and insurance card.
Proof of income is preferred but not required.
Please arrange child care for children under 12.

Between 8:00AM and 5:00PM Monday through Friday.
After hours and holidays, crisis assessments can be initiated by calling our 24/7 access line (530)-283-6307.
In situations involving immediate risks to public safety call the Plumas County Sheriffs Department at (530)-283-6300.

A wide range of services are available, from short-term to intensive, based on your needs. These time-limited services are designed to foster resiliency in individuals and families and to promote wellness
